Component maintenance standards for home photovoltaic power plants

Photovoltaic arrays should meet the following requirements:

(1) The photovoltaic array as a whole should not have deformation, dislocation, loosening and other phenomena.

(2) The planting bars or rear bolts used to fix the photovoltaic array should not be loosened, and the photovoltaic array installed on the prefabricated base should be placed smoothly and neatly, and the position should not be moved.

(3) The main stress components, connecting components and connecting bolts of the photovoltaic array should not be damaged or loosened, the weld should not be welded, the anti-rust coating of the metal material should be complete, and there should be no peeling and rust phenomenon.

(4) There should be no other facilities between the supporting structures of the photovoltaic array; Facilities that may have an impact on the operation and safety of the photovoltaic system are strictly prohibited in the photovoltaic system area.

Test content: mechanical strength test

Test method: 250N force is applied to the unfavorable direction of the unfavorable position of the photovoltaic array bracket and the photovoltaic module frame for 10 seconds, and the array cannot be loosened, permanent deformation, cracking or other forms of damage after 5 consecutive tests.
